30 day return policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are free in Denmark! The money is first withdrawn when the item(s) are sent.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery on support@oleole.art if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.

- A description of the problem.
- A picture of the damaged item.
- A picture of the packaging both inside and outside.
- A picture of the freight label.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your product is to contact us on support@oleole.art, if it meets our return policy you return the item to us and make a separate purchase for the new item.

At Olé Olé you always have 2 years warranty. As a customer, it is important that you remember to advertise within a reasonable time, which is no later than 2 months after you have determined the error or defect.
